That seems low for F100/E190 Captain at Alliance given the current climate. NJE about to vote on new EBA with E190 Capt from July 2023 will be around $210k base.

$210 base is more then an Australian A220 Pilot will get.

When does overtime (productivity) kick in and whats the proposed rate?
