I cant believe you would ask for our help. Did you need it back in 89 when you dogged all your work mates and kept working. No suprise it wasnt there, scabs like you are on your own.Lock youself in your concrete cave and keep flying your desk.I hope you realise when you do fly to keep current all of the poor f/o's that have to fly with you laugh at your incompetence. What would be constructive is make sure all your pilots snag defects WHEN they happen. Not on the return sector from nil maint staff ports like mt ISA,KARRATHA,AYERS ROCK.This practice must stop!!

Wingers, Sandroid and Sobast are pretty obvious FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) spreaders that are doing their best to increase your FUD level.

Wingers spreading Fear:

Am getting sick of all this, i want it sorted out, if not i think the outcome is not good for the union, its starting to pit mate against mate.

i know of at least 28, some will surprise, who will not take action and will walk away from the ALAEA, this is not bull , my information is good.
Sandroid and Sobast trying to refute various claims thatmanagement behaviour is compromising safety:

So what you're saying is, 'I thought for once I'd follow procedures and do the correct, legal thing'? No wonder there's so many MEDA investigations.
My guess is we will shortly see more probationary pruners posting personal attacks on Union officials...followed by some inflammatory posts by pretend LAMES calling for illegal actions such as sabotage, and perhaps gloating as well.

This last group will be hoping that the media take it up and run a "LAMES have threatened to destroy aircraft" headline followed by reference to postings on an Aviation website indicate...............

So are the 11th hour discussions still going?

Do we have any news yet?

I am sure the company can't believe that we are going through all the correct channels to further our claim.

In the past they always had our measure, but this time its different.......

This time,we are better organised than at anytime in our history as an association.

Members should have recieved a notice via email today with regards to a certain fellow in Brisbane Heavy. This excuse for a union member is attempting to rally support for Brisbane to break away from other bases and negotiate their own agreement.

The HR manager who is so useless that she must consult Sydney for most decisions as well as the big nose sheep fancier have been approaching certain employees one on one to persuade them that the members in Brissy Heavy should negotiate their own agreement.

A meeting was held by the nose with the member in question who is famous for certifying for an APU compartment clearance that later had a fire due to a rag as well as another willing member and an another non-compliant LAME in an attempt to rally support. It is apparent that several check co-ordinators are towing the line also.

United we stand, divided we fall.

Sounds like a real bad case of divide and conquer. Surely nobody in BNE heavy will fall for it??

Angry Cowboy will get bucked.....

I am part of brissy heavy and have like several others been on chissy leave for the past 2 weeks.
I can tell you all now that I know exactly who the culprit is and when I get back on Monday the excrement in question is likely to find himself under some exceptional pressure to explain why. He may even find himself closely examining the side of the hangar wall for defects.
This swine has been asking for what is about to be unleashed upon him for several years now and I and many others at H3 are sick to the core with him.

The time has come for he who breaks rank to face the consequences

Brakepac. Stick to the rules mate. Do not do anything that could see you being accused of intimidation, harassment etc. You may feel good for a moment but you'll be the one that'll be in the firing line, not them.

Let me tell you why you blokes are not gonna win this dispute!

1. 40% of you will scab.
2. The company will employ strike breakers.
3. The public will turn against you.
4. The company (obviously) is against you.
5. The Guvmint' will be against you.
6. The pilots, cabin crew, traffic officers, dunny cleaners...you name it, will all be against you.
7. You want 5, the company has offered 3 plus 1 in super, the weaklings amongst you will buckle so quick over a piddly extra 1 it will be all over in a week!

So, is what I'm saying valid...
well, I think it is, and you know why?...

'cause back in 89' when Ansett and Australian airlines brought in foreign registered aircraft crewed by foreign pilots to break the domestic pilots dispute, guess who serviced and signed off on the part twos'...

You guys!! And that shows your character...which aint that crash hot!

Hey, Hobo, why did you take three three years to work that out. Bit thick, are we?

Amos, I disagree. All professional groups within QF have been subjected to similar tactics and pressure by QF management over several years. All are sick of being treated like something one scrapes off one's shoe. The engineers are but the latest group to come under attack.

I suspect the engineers are 110% supported by the other professional groups within QF. Unfortunately they can't do much to physically support them.

As a lowly Dash Trash pilot, I wish you good luck with your protected action.

Could someone please post the union notice for the ex heavy guys who are no longer part of the union and don't have access to the workplace or website.

Stay united guys, Good Luck!!
