9th July
Hi guys,
Thanks for your replies on my question regarding the Manchester Area Control Centre.
Good luck to all who are still waiting for their stage 3 and for those waiting for the results.
Anybody else here also scheduled for 9th July for stage 3?

Whilst I appreciate people are eager and wanting to get a step ahead of the process by knowing what’s going to be on the knowledge test and what aptitude assessments are taken on the day, being told this undermines the entire application process and puts both you and the people you ask at risk of being withdrawn from the process. Equally, certain assessments are conducted to specifically select a certain type of person based on their personality and aptitude, asking someone ‘What answers have you put and what personality have you portrayed’ is simply not acceptable and if anyone helps these people, then more fool you.
Giving people advice on what to expect is fair enough, but wanting people to help you with the answers and how to manipulate certain traits just shows lack of judgment and a real lack of consciousness towards safety.
Anyway.. what do I know? Just my two cents! Rant over

wasn’t the email sent to all though or does anyone know of anyone (or even themselves) who didn’t receive the survey email?

Yeah, I'd assume that everyone received the survey email. I was told it would take approximately 30 days due to it being a new system - it definitely seems a long wait, but then again it hasn't technically been 30 days yet!

Given the new process, I think they might be running quite a few Stage 3 days first to guage the quality of applicants and get a damn good idea of how people are performing before making decisions.
With that in mind, the 30 days period might be to ensure they meet enough applicants to judge the quality of us all.
I'm on day 25, starting to get nerve wracking!

Congrats hr97!!
Did they give any clues as to when the next courses are? I got through end of the old system but have just been told early 2020. Have they been any more specific with you?
Now comes security checks, referencing, and medical!

Congratulations on all who got their call today, or will get it later on! Well done!
I received an e-mail stating I was unsuccessful so I guess it will be a year of preparation for me.
Good luck to all and see you in the Tower somewhere haha
