Wonder why LSA spent money on a Brexit survey?

Must have money to burn as the survey is totally pointless. They should have spent the money on finding out why Southend has struggled with falling numbers while other London airports have been booming.

No knowledge is wasted, perhaps SEN management is beginning to plan ahead. Maybe LTN should ask why it always polls lowest in UK passenger satisfaction.

It's not a pointless survey. LCY does this a lot. As you can see it gets picked up by other organisations and published. Its a cheap way to get in the paper and magazines.
SEN get to mention that they fly to Zadar and it doesn't have the Euro which will drive people to look at it and check flights etc.
I noticed that there are also billboard ads for SEN and their routes along the A13 especially around east London.

Just had a brief look where there are images of each of the destinations. I wasn't aware that Jersey had mountains....but I'm always prepared to learn!!

I see that Jota are to lease an ex-Brussels Airlines ARJ-100 for delivery at the end of April. I wonder who that is going to fly for? Answers please on a Stobart postcard!

With all the recent, well deserved, derision over the new SEN website you probably missed my post #4020 which included that information. It now seems fairly certain that the new routes will be initially operated by the Jota RJ100 together with a Flybe E195.

I saw the new website at around 0100 this morning. Then I realised the date.... HA HA HA LSA! You got me. You could have made more effort with the accuracy of the information if you really wanted to fool everyone. Look forward to midday and the end of all this nonsense.

Website
I find some of it awkward to read. A very light shade of print on a white or almost white background is probably awkward for a lot of people. I refer particularly to the column headings on the arrivals/departures section and the link below it to the full arrivals/departures board. There are examples of this scattered all over the website. To my mind it is readable but more contrast would make it a lot easier to read. Just the view of an older pair of eyes!!
