I expect the aircraft is being used for another tour operator past this point for the peak summer. That said it looks like a very good start, and if they sell well then I see no reason why they wouldn't expand the programme in years to come.

Bath Travel is to reintroduce fly-cruise and escorted holidays from Bournemouth airport, as parent company Hays Travel opens three high street stores.
From April 2016, Bath will offer a programme of holidays from the south coast airport, with flights operated by British Airways.
Bath previously offered holidays from Bournemouth from 1958 until 2011 via its Palmair operation.
The new programme has been “fantastically well-received” by the airport, as well as by agents and consumers, according to John Hays, managing director of Hays Travel.
“Flights will operate to Venice, Milan and Barcelona from April 23 next year and link up with cruises from several lines [Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean and MSC Cruises],” said Hays.
“This will be the first time BA will fly from Bournemouth airport, so it’s great for the region. There is a real history between Bath Travel and the airport and we’re thrilled to be continuing the tradition.”
The escorted tours programme includes itineraries in Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland, as well as an Orient-Express/Italy river cruise combination.
Hays Travel has also signed leases for three new stores – two Hays Travel outlets, in Leeds and Morpeth, and a second Bath Travel shop in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
The Morpeth store is due to open next week. It will be the second store Hays has opened in Northumberland this summer, having added one in Blyth in June.
The new Bath Travel store in Bognor Regis is expected to open in three weeks’ time.
Hays said: “We will have seven or eight staff in each of the stores and they will be a mix of existing agents who have moved and new appointments. Of course we have to replace those who move, so we’re creating employment either way.”
Hays Travel acquired Bath Travel in October 2013.

British Airways has flown from Bournemouth many times with Concorde to JFK, London, Paris, B777-200ER to JFK, A320's on diversions, ERJ-190 last year on short-breaks and previously with BAC1-11's and ATP's on charters to Spain and Channel Islands.

Latest CAA figures for August
Bournemouth saw 100, 000 passengers use the airport in August up 3.2 % on last year and would have been much higher if the 11 Ryanair flights a week were still operating . However Flybe continue to give good results for probably the strongest month of the year
Flybe routes
Toulon 2481 69 pax
Dublin 2291 64 pax
Paris CDG 2243 62 pax
Amsterdam 2072 58 pax
Deauville 1134 33 pax
Biarittz 625 63 pax
Glasgow 4474 45 pax
Manchester 4250 47 pax
Jersey 3362 47 pax
Ryanair and Thomson averaged high 90 % loads
Ryanair have started to load there summer 2016 schedules which will see the based aircraft return in April with schedules pretty much the same as this year , hopefully some of the missing 7 routes will return as aircraft availability was the issue this year aledgidly !!

Hi Markeyd
Good to see an increase in pax numbers, but the comment about being higher if Ryanair were still operating the 11 flights is irrelevant. Might as well say they could be higher if Flybe moved all their flights from Southampton or Ryanair operated bigger aircraft.
Good news it is a steady rise, even with the loss of the Ryanair flights. So hopefully not a blip, but a positive trend.

Oh dear, job losses at the airport with ATC and fireman job cuts as Royal Mail are pulling out so there will be a reduction in opening hours.

atp?
The echo article mentions the loss of the BOH - EMA - BOH flight which i believe is done with a based 733. It does not mention if the ATP flights which go to Stansted and Guernsey will still continue?

The whole lot is going mail, papers. Jet2, the Royal Mail and Atlantic are all going so the airport will be losing a fair chunk of money.

Thomson have added Las Palmas for summer 16 with a weekly flight operating on a Thursday throughout the summer , the flights are showing as being operated by Thomson but the BOH based aircraft is already fully commited so may be another aircraft positioning in that day
This means that that the TFS , ACE and LPA flights are now operated throughout the year which is good news

Diversions
The recent weather has seen quite a few flights diverted into Bournemouth. Does anyone have a complete list of the diversions we've seen? Personally I've seen a few Dash 8's from SOU as well as a Ryanair from Bristol. Any others?

Thats bad news for BOH with those two routes being cut , it may just be for the rest of the winter period as Jersey performed very well in the summer months
Just goes to show how seasonal BOH is in some respects
Hopefully it will be better news in a couple of weeks when Flybe release their summer timetable
