That was my point despatch reliability on 787 has been very good in recent months!! 787 can't be blamed for fog in Goa which doesn't have an auto land facility!

New 787 Deliveries.

All Things 787 website has now officially listed line numbers 291 and 300 as G-TUIH and G-TUII respectively both to be delivered in May 2015. They were formerly earmarked for TUIfly Nordic but the Scandinavian arm will now take delivery of its aircraft in 2016.

TOM obviously like the 787's, do you think they might do a NAX and order some 789's?

Well with just one 787 delivery left after IH, II and Arke's last jet unless TUI orders more the most Nordic can wish for is 1......

789s would look great in the fleet and in the livery but, will probably be a bugger to work on haha!

I've asked this before but don't think I got an answer...

If one of the 787's has to be substituted for a 767, what happens to the few passengers the 767 doesn't have capacity for assuming the 787 was full? Especially if the flight is only a once weekly operation for example.

The 767 fleet is normally reconfigured to 291 seats in the winter for the Nordic operation. Whereas in the summer they can all seat 328 passengers as they are used for Shorthaul. Hence not normally any problems bumping off passengers.

Hi SCANDIC I always use flightstats it normally has the fleet type listed when you type your departure date, airport and carrier.

The Enfidha is listed as a 73H (737-800)

Hope this helps

P & O Cruise Charters to Barbados

Is the level of cabin service on P & O long haul charters the same as on a normal Thomson flight or do P & O specify something else? Better or worse?

Enfidha is always planned on a 737.

Tigger, P+O service proposition does differ from standard long haul, the most significant difference is that P+O flights don't have the recently added free bar service. It's a standard cash bar. I know there have been complaints on that aspect from P+O customers who don't fully understand how whole aircraft charter works, I.e. the charterer sets what service they want.
Edit: Beaten by Mikey.

Thanks Mickeymoo and Laarbruch. I was aware of the concept of whole aircraft charter, hence the question. In my days working with TC we received many complaints from folk who did not understand that it is the charterer's choice what level of service is offered. It didn't make them any happier though when it was explained.

Thanks for your input.
