OMG, WTF has happened this thread! It has become a teletext page of completely useless information!!
And what is useful information? Is that not a matter of opinion? What you posted was useless info. You must have nothing else in your life apart from this thread to post a line like that. Don't worry spring is just around the corner and you will beable to get out more.

Does anyone know who Viking are flying for Belfast - Dalaman end of June to the end of October, Tuesday evening? It is listed on the Viking timetable. I checked Goldtrail and it's not them.

Quote from the Derry/Londonderry thread:

A friend who works for a certain local paper was telling me there is a sniff of a rumour that EZY are looking into LDY - LTN or LDY - LGW.
Personally I don't believe it, but I thought I might be able to drive some of you guys wild with rage at the very thought.

How would you feel about Easyjet operating from LDY now that they have started to move from BFS to BHD?

in my opinion LDY would be a better place for them to start flights from... opens up a whole new catchment area for them and theres little competition

ever since LTN moved for awhile to BHD its just started a forest fire of rumors, think some people need to get their heads sorted out currently theres no plans to move anything else, however i could believe the LDY-LTN route

yesterday the BFS TCX base aircraft sustained damage on the ground, Servisair equipment "malfunctioned" by controls sticking in the up position... no picture of the actual damage, just the effected area... empty aircraft flew in to operate todays flights with a delay

EZY at BHD

To say EZY wil not move more routes to BHD is wrong
I think they will, There is no reason for them to stay at Belfast International ( ahhhhggggggggggg!! I called it belfast International even though its not in Belfast!!)
If they do a split between BHD and LDY then that will make more business sence.
I agree with tower Ranger, Even though he is out there building sand castles all year round
A lot of people go mad her if you say a bad word about BFS
Any way I left a MARS BAR cup in the woodgate hangar about 17 years ago
Is it still there and what state is it in?? Does anyone have any photos??

You should try Google Earth. Might see the mug on there. EZY would be more than welcome at LDY, and as for the "experts" on here talking about EZY's plans; none envisaged the LTN flights moving to BHD, so knowledge on any other moves they may make must be limited.

how is it wrong, have you got proof that something is moving.. if so, fill me in would you? make sure you phone EZY and tell them that they are apparently moving flights, im sure they'd love to find that out... all im saying is at the minute theres no plans to move anything else from BFS to BHD, that doesnt rule out new routes being started from BHD or LDY.... actually there is reason to stay in BFS, if you want ill list the key ones but im sure you already know them....and now that Abertis is willing to spend money updating the place it might turn into a real airport (yes i know, the shock of it all)

*note the key parts in bold..

now i dont have any problem with BHD, i use it a few times a year... but my biggest interest is BFS as i use it more as its closer to myself and that extra 15miles through Belfast traffic is something i like to avoid... i dont mean anything to sound hostile by my comments...

I can think of about 2800 reasons to stay at BFS even if it is becoming boarderline pathetic is most areas. You can't run 320's medium haul from BHD (assuming that it the eventual aim of Easy) and it doesn't have enough stands for 6 extra buses anyway. Never mind the open hours. See- up to 2803 already

Belfast City Airport - Bhd (george Best)

Well since the Belfast airports have now been split, there hasn't been a thread for George Best Belfast City Airport is I thought it was probably about time for me to start one.

Keep an eye out for AIR DOLOMITI at BHD this summer!!
In absence of a BHD thread, does anyone have anymore details on this? Would assume it's for an Italian destination. I know that FlyBE are currently scheduled to operate the Tui / Topflight Verona programme, and unaware of any other Italian destination on sale.

At least with using the E195 or ATR, Air Dolomiti should not require an extension to the existing runway at BHD, if operating to Italy!!

What destination in Italy (or wherever) will it be operating to, and what company has chartered the flight? Is this still in addition to the BE 9103 VRN, or replacing.

Excellent interesting visitor for BHD over the summer!!!

Has a good search and nothing... Is it possibly a Topflight charter to VRN, with the BE taking the tui customers??
