Neat, Google must be very happy. Enough standard material beforehand for the application to go and do the 'drive by' and capture three stills.

Curious that, on arrival, they disembark the pax from the right hand side. But then, in Adverty Land, anything is possible.

Love the ad! They have based the computer generated imagery on G-VIIL which appears for real in parts, however it has B777-300ER / 200LR raked wings on the Westminster Bridge section. D'oooooh.

Awesome all the same watching a triple roll down your own street.

The post code for the House of Commons SW1A 0AA is accepted but the first two windows are blank and the third is general street further down the road.

Buckingham Palace has the same problem - so the Queen can't play this game! Heads will roll.

Do any of you know when the first BA aircraft is due to land at Belfast ( BHD) now that they are taking over the route from bmi? Just curious as when you go into the BA site to book a flight the operators keep changing. Any ideas?

It seems that BA/bmi will be pulling out of Dublin just as quick as they went in, if their Winter schedule from October 28th is anything to go by.

Winter schedule appears to be 4/day with some long layovers in DUB. Especiallly in the DUB->LHR direct, timings are inconsistent - consistent LHR arrival slots seem to have been sacrificed to other causes (I'm assuming that LHR slots are more likely to be the problem than DUB slots).

Does anyone know the following?

Is there is there a fixed date for Aberdeen & Edinbugh slots to be divested?

When will the BD designator finally be retired? From the start of Winter 12?

Will the BMI fleet be fully integrated into the BA fleet and if so when?

Presumably details about Rotterdam are still to be announced?

Not at present.
The ex-BMI A319 and A320 will all be converted to BA AOC, but will not be modified to BA standard. i.e. the A319 will stay at 144 seats, not change to BA 132. The galleys and toilets will stay as is for now.
These aircraft will be operated from T1 in the future as two separate sub-fleets.

No announcement yet on the 7 A321, but expected to be refitted with new seats in a mid-haul config and operate as a separate fleet from T5.
