It is a possibility that the mods are being done at DAO in Roskilde. They are a main engineer base with DO 228 expertise. The Air Wales 228s went there on several occasions.
ACI residents aren't not happy with GR at the moment, can't say I blame them..

Otto the Dornier, wherever you are right now, eat'cha heart out.
G-BDTO seen flying via East Midlands and Glasgow on the way to George Cormack at Cumbernauld for the SB-190 check that was it was never meant to have.
That'll be expensive.

There have been direct flights and they were well used, but when Blue Islands took on the route Aurigny stopped competing and said they would never resume. Despite the States chartering the route for a month and proving that it was viable they have stood by that!

ACI-JER used to be very successful but when Aurigny started operating regional flights from GCI, they didn't want folks going to JER anymore and getting cheaper flight to the UK, rather than using their GCI-UK services. So Jersey was dumped and they blamed it on Blue Islands.

The LET should be in GCI tomorrow (a Van Air machine) and the first Dornier is expected tomorrow or Monday. Busy few days ahead but at least we'll have some continuity of service for ACI.
I think a Tri should be donated to the Great British Airliner Collection at Duxford, however I doubt anyone at Aurigny will think that a good idea, preferring instead to sell them all for scrap.
