It always boggles my mind when people post their hours on this forum, looking for work, using 'text speak'. Even if English isn't your first language, at the bare minimum capitalise the first letter of your sentence and use 'you' not 'u'.

b190/be20 openings

Hi guys,

I am new here and heard this is a very good forum to network.

Well I am rated on both b190 and be20 with just over 1300hrs and have been trying to get a right hand seat job on any of these two aircrafts but not getting many responses. Any advice from experienced guys out there about how to go around to get better chances of being considered by companies or who might be hiring now or in the near future.

For precision I have a south African frozen atpl.

Thanks beforehand for any constructive feedback.

Safe landings.

Company suggestions?

I've been tossing around the idea of spending a year or two working in Africa. I have about 1500hrs TT with minimal (40ish) hrs multi, and an expired IFR. Thinking/hoping of finding some caravan time or getting on as an FO on something multi. I'm totally new to this website and to African aviation. Can anyone suggest companies to look into? I'm Canadian so another option would be Canadian based companies that operate in Africa.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Try Arik Air Nigeria......good rotation and late salaries but they have bombadier and 737 NG.....good place to use as a launch pad for your career. Fast track your application by sending direct to chief pilot or fleet manager...
