Definitely!
Hello! I am definitely interested in job opportunities... I am currently flying the CRJ-900 in Nigeria but willing to go just about anywhere (as long as it's safe for female pilots) and definitely willing to fly anything.

World Cup 2010
Hi,
This may be better in rotorheads forum - but will try here first.
Is there any expectation of an uptick in demand for heli flights (pilots) in South Africa during the world cup campaign.
If this is positive - then anyone have contacts for short term work for a very new JAA CPL(H) - hopefully by then !!
Thanks.

New Gal
Hello All,
I am just starting up on a PPL - maybe Kenya or South Africa.
I am have a multitude of questions and want to get the answers from horses mouth as such.
Firstly, I am not able to afford the full fees so am looking for sponsorship. That aside I am also looking at volunteering to gain hours for a CPL. I know a number of people in Kenya who have businesses.
If anyone has done something similar I woudl appreciate any and all help, advice, warnings.
Look forward to a reply.

Working in Africa
Hey everyone. I'm looking for some advice from those in the know. Currently, I am unemployed and looking for work anywhere in the world. I have my ATP, 2000 hours including 1000 jet(mighty mighty CRJ) 100 Kingair and the rest piston. I was just wondering if there's anything out there. I've been told that in general, one must be in Africa to find a job in Africa. Well, I'm going to Africa I guess...Any ideas of where to start looking and how to look? Thanks again!

Good hours.
Have you tried Voyageur, Canada? They operate at least one CRJ in East Africa somewhere I believe. You could try NAC for King Air 200 work, 100 hours on type is the minimum but with your ATP and jet time you shouldn't have too much trouble. The market isn't great right now but you are packing the right kind of CV so give it a shot and best of luck!
