I bet it doesn't look as good The VK Kano ticket desk is a lovely little desk with very good staff working on it.

When I was up there a year ago the Airport Authority were telling people that the new domestic terminal would be opening within 9 months or so......... I take it that it hasn't?

Hajia Telatu must be pleased to have more business through her terminal. What a kindly and helpful person she is, with a smile that brightens any miserable day.

Both Arik and VK desks at The Int terminal look like post office cages unfortunately.

Nothing is being done about the domestic terminal.

way to go flying touareg, more grease to your elbows!
He's probably one of those who thought, they could use Arik as a stepping stone, coming in with relative in-experience,but claiming to have so, so, so, and so until the chief pilot blew thier cover

Thumbs up Arik.
However who's going to fly these planes, what with so many sitting in the Ramp, albeit other types.

Makes one wonder

Pls shed more light on your quip there, are you saying that Arik have planes on the ground with not enough guys to fly them or are the planes grounded for other reasons?

Arik Air

Does that mean that The chairman His Exellency Mr. Johnson has seen the true effect of his mistake of not doing a throughor background check on the "New' Dir. Operations/Gen Manager
Mr. Per Jacobsen and given him the boot.
Arik is advertising with every Aviation broker(that will take them seriously) but as yet they havent gotten any seriously qualified pilots. just the desperado and wannabe's, looking for a short term gig so theycan get the experience to go to a real job.
Maybe its time for another hard look at things and another management shakeup!

Bit harsh don't you think? I would assume you're referring to the expats (majority) but your statement risks tagging every pilot under Arik's roof as a "desperate case" like you put it.

How about revisiting your biased comments? I sensed some bitterness in them, probably not your intention!
