As Jon walked away, he knew his days as airfield bird scarer were numbered.

Bloke. "... that seems a rather circuitous route to get here, if you don't mind me saying so."

Goose. "yeh I know, but when you walk like this, it's best to avoid overnighting in Poland"

"You know when you put your hands behind your back like that it makes you look like you're waddling when you walk - quite ridiculous!"

Having reached mandatory PPL retirement age he know all he had to look forward to from his flying buddy was a nice roast dinner.

Goose to Man:
Are you sure you can claim my PPL lessons on exes just because I'll be flying you home at weekends? Climate's changed a bit lately you know, think you'll find some of your colleagues have cooked your goose!

"So as you see, para 4.1 of sub clause 4.25 as amended by the European Treaty Sections 5.5 and 8.3 chapters 19 annex 4.01 clearly state "that no flying shall be permitted without the requirements of Easa regulations 2008 section 14 sub part D chapter 11.02 para's D, E and F being complied with", namely you require the issue of a permit to fly authorised by your Countries regulatory body in accordance with the ICAO statutes as laid down in the Chicago Convention of 1944....... Now if you were a bent Banana, I may have had some latitude to your predicament"

The Results!

Right folks: that one has been up for almost a week now -- and with no additional inputs over the last 24 hours -- and after having laughed my guts out at some of the fantastic captions, I must say the following one, by Buster Hayman, was by far the best!!

Goose: "What's wrong mate?"
Ol' mate: "I'm feeling down."
Goose: "Oh very fcuking funny!"

You got the controls, Buster!
