If somebody could tell us in what exactly the assessment consist of would be great. Regarding the sim, which airport do they use? I read that there will be a non technical assessment (non my strong suit). I guess it's a conversation with the HR team? Shall I expect the usual HR questions and a group exercise? Anything tricky?

Is there a technical assessment too? Is it a single day assessment ? If I pass then I will be placed in the pool?

Hi guys, I've passed the assessment for Ezy in Berlin as DEC, looking for TXL base mainly. Could somebody please send me a few rosters so I could see what they look like, you can PM me as well if this works better. Is the TXL base mainly ex Air Berlin pilots, or is there a mix of pilots with different backgrounds? I heard that the base is a bit messy right now due to lack of pilots and some ex AB not being happy at Ezy, is this true or just rumors? I sat the online aptitude back in July and was told that my application was successful but still no slots available for assessment. NTR Gatwick/Luton. Anyone heard anything about assessment days?

TXL is mainly ex-AB, new joiners and a few older Easy chaps who went there for various reasons. TXL is the more messy base with challenges to be dealt with, while SXF is older, settled and a very nice place to be.

Avstar, no commuting contracts as such. 5/4 is only available in Italian bases. 5/4/5/3 is the standard fixed-pattern for SFO's and Captains. After 12 months you can apply for 75% part time and go for either set days, or split month. Split month will give you 21 days random roster with a 7 day block off at the end. Repeats every 28 days. 50% split month will give you 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, ideal for commuting but of course a big pay cut.

What is the situation in the Amsterdam base? I am rated and current, looking at options.

I'd like some info also about Amsterdam base. I have to give my 2 choices of bases. I'd like to start with a 'busy' one where I can have a lot of destinations. That's why I'll ask Gatwick and I am interesting about Amsterdam as well.
