I didn't say that. However, you demonstrably lack the wherewithal to extract what, to most, is clear.

You're saying buying a type rating benefits "all concerned"? But your "all concerned" isn't anybody in the industry and it isn't the individual and the airline concerned.

So instead of getting personal why don't you specify exactly who your all encompassing "all concerned" is referring to, exactly?

No, I didn't. But, your comprehension is so sorely lacking, you can't discern that.

Did you miss the question in your haste to make personal comments again?

Who is the "all concerned" who benefits from somebody leaving Flybe and buying a TR with Easy?

Simple question, simple answer.

I believe that the EZY contract for experienced non type rated pilots is for the first year a zero hour contract with no guarantee of anything unless this has changed, so leaving a full time salary position at flybe in short term then.

The easy contracts were permanent new entrant contracts, not flex. The type rating was 20k, and as for who benefits, Easyjet for cheap experienced crew, the pilots who will earn double what they would at Flybe and the guy who gets his first flying job at Flybe.
