I think they are short,Boeing Europe, but they have at least a couple of aeroplanes on charter (from Titan I think), and probably don't have the training capacity to train more FO's in time for the end of the season. It's never as simple as it seems.

For non TR people:

You must have experience on a Commercial Jet or Turboprop aircraft, with a total flying time of at least 500 hours and a strong training record.
