DTC for me too.
Been trawling through the other threads for info on this NEC contract. Have seen figures of 33k bandied around for an FO? Possibly a percentage of that?! Possibly a percentage of that and a large contribution for the TR?!!! Please tell me I'm mistaken... It seems like people would be much better of at Jet2 or even God forbid FR, time to command considering, unless there's something I'm missing here [and I truly hope there is]?
I appreciate that for regional and lighter aircraft operators it may well be a different story. Would be nice if someone can throw in the real figures and an idea of sector pay and benefits.
Good luck to everyone.

DTC me too
4000+ military fast jet
some questions already asked: what about benefits .. in a sort of crystal clear answer for a Non regular of the airline flightcrew world
What about the sim: 737-300 FNPTII?
what kind of stuff during Group exercises?
I didn't even speak about the fact of the non native English...
Thanks for answering

DTC....nice to have passed but still very sceptical. I think that the deal will be a bad one. I do suspect that they still think that they are interviewing starry eyed kids willing to do anything to fly an Airbus. I always was a cynic and have mostly been proved right.

Don't take this as gospel but, it's normal EJ pay but a 75% contract on offer - 100% summer 50% winter. Permanent employment at 75% of 44k for FO.
Plus you also get the sector pay. As for the TR, I've no idea how they expect that to be funded. Could be self funded or perhaps deducted from salary.

DTC, indeed, before we get ourselves hotel nights, airline tickets and off days it might be good to know what kind of salary, cost of TR, etc is offered. Paying 30k-40k for a TR and 3k gross a month might not be worth the trouble.

SSTR (i.e. non cadet recruitment) was always approx. 25K for the TR paid for by the candidate - no salary sacrifice. I will nigh on guarantee EZY wont bond you for the TR - they will expect you to pay for it. EZS is just about to or has become a TRTO so it may well be done through them. There I believe it is 30000 CHFs or about £20000.

Oh oh oh! Guy of gisborn what a threat!!!
If you are out some behind will be in, and easyjet will always have cadets and type rated park aviation applicants, so dont worry to much, they won't be sad if you don't join.
Welcome to the new aviation world.
All about money, that's the key word to success.

Then you're out. It'll probably be £25k and if they do a bond/ salary sacrifice I will fall through my ar$e. Consider the opportunity cost for you here. I wouldn't recommend writing it off so impulsively. I have flown with ex Tornado instructors with 1000s of hours instructing who had to pay ezy for the TR.

Wind check, I've been in aviation for 16 years, I understand how the aviation industry works. Your petty, childish reaction to my statement (I think you need to clarify the definition of threat) is laughable. Yes of course if I don't accept the terms offered (if I'm successful) easy will look to the next candidate from this round of applications. Remember this recruitment drive is to fill a void of experience missing in the current system (easy TRE's words not mine) so parc CTC is not naturally the next point of call.
WhyByFlyer, I know guys like that too who joined easy 5 years ago however, it's still not clear what will be on offer. 25k is a lot of money and I won't be able to get it together any time this year.
