SSTR (i.e. non cadet recruitment) was always approx. 25K for the TR paid for by the candidate - no salary sacrifice. I will nigh on guarantee EZY wont bond you for the TR - they will expect you to pay for it. EZS is just about to or has become a TRTO so it may well be done through them. There I believe it is 30000 CHFs or about £20000.
