Monarch Anyone?

As a result of this vacancy the people who were successful on the application stage have been placed on hold for an interview with regular updates from Monarchs HR department.

Speaking of which when was the last time anyone received an update from Monarch HR?

I've not had an update in a few weeks, but every time I have either emailed or called they have been good enough to update me. Sitting and waiting patiently like everyone else who is on hold! Fingers crossed!!

On their website they say [I]Occasionally we may recruit pilots with lower total experience, but who possess a type rating for the Airbus A320./I]

With 1600h and A320 TR I wished to try, but looks like I am out of it this summer, -did not apply last year-and since they have no link to apply on the website probably will miss it for the next year too.

Any idea how to get in touch with anyone in HR?

Yes all comms have gone but it's still showing "Hold" as of 21st August last year! Who knows what's happening - hopefully we'll soon know!!

Yes I can see mine too! Now I'm not sure if I checked properly a couple of days back that they had actually disappeared in the first place!

Just wondering if anybody has any idea of when they intend to notify people of success to the interview stage?

I also heard from a good source that they have announced to open 2 new bases! any ideas where these will be?

I suspect the numbers recruited this year will be influenced by when exactly the A300s are disposed off, if they all go this year then I suspect recruitment numbers will be greater.

Has anyone had any updates? I received an email saying they have confirmation of recruitment numbers and are looking through their hold pool for suitable candidates.

A320Baby - if that indeed is true, then really keeping everything crossed. After the 10 months or so, I'd almost (but not quite!) given up on hearing anything and consigned the idea to a distant dream and an aspiration.

However, now I forsee another amount sat on the edge of my seat in anticipation!!
