Congratulations!!
I am waiting for licence validation from the Moroccon CAA,
I applied with Etops back in April,my file was sent at the end of May and apparently accepted by RAME however Etops keep telling me that there are delays.
Perhaps you can message me privately,
Once again well done!

Rame contract ?

Rame not respect anything is written on contract.
So, if you are interested, look for another job.
There you are going to work out of regulations and without any roster.
They are used to call you day and night changing your flights.
The days off on contract are not respected.
NO Uniforms
NO transport
NO ID tickets
Nothing included in the contract is respected.
Your extra period there will not be payed.
When you go home for your license an medical renewal, you have to pay tickets and they avoid to give back the money for months.
Any pilot there is IN is looking for other jobs.
The company is completely out of business and management.

It says on ppjn.com that local pilots in RAM & Atlas Blue have undertaken strike action to ensure that expat pilots contracts will not be renewed.
Sounds like a warm welcome from a happy little bunch of soldiers. . . not !

Heard same as above post....know 2 FO's who opted not to continue due to the possible "unfriendly" atmosphere over there! Shame

RAM Ex..........

RAM Express (RAME) is only a washmachine for the King's dirty money.
They have some old ATR 72 leased, and many dreams in the drawer.....
The general manager is an unbelievable....., half man and half divinity.
The principal purpose of the company is to sell smoke.
Two the interested brokers: Rishworth and the new ETOPS.....once placed there they will forget you....as usual.....

A lot of complaints from the employed pilots and cabin crews. Everybody want to leave.

The company doesn't respect contracts and personnel.....treated as a slave.

initially all the companies have some problems of break-in

but here it looks like - total disorganization supported by chief pilot and management.

The chief pilot started wrong when he had a disagreement with ATR(ATC) flight instructor in the very beginning.
That FI knows very well how the band plays here in Morocco and was trying to enhance the seriouness but......unsucessfully.

Same kind of idiots than the ones running Atlas Blue. Unprofessional, can't spell FTL, think they are gods.
There is a monumental problem in the Moroccan aviation.
If you speak French and you have some time to waste, read the forums of the Moroccan pilot association (AMPL). Pathetic!!!
You also have to know that the "heads" of the Moroccan civil aviation are also working for RAM.

Just seen that an agreement has been reached between the management and the pilot's union.

They have agreed to nationalize all jobs of Captain within the group (RAM/Atlas Blue/ RAM express) by end of 2010.
