Furthermore, the recently rewritten Discipline & Dismissal Policy now includes the following as an example of misconduct:-

"Showing any intransigent or negative attitude to management or fellow employees."

It'a a wonder there's anyone still employed there!

However, it's good to learn that there is someone at home at CC Towers & subject to the details of the pay deal being announced, I would have to say that a big "Well done!" is in order.

I trust that the CC & members will be equally resilient with regard to the productivity issue...

Miss Inform,
Thanks for your kind comments in the previous post. I'm having farewell drinks in the Flight Tavern (near the South Perimeter at LGW) next Tuesday, 7th March - if you can make it there, the beers are on me !
Cheers

Greenfinch: Many thanks for your kind invite.

Now that you have advertised the event, I'm sure that you will acquire lots of new friends for the evening -

Announcement from the Co. today........
"GB Airways has today announced that John Morgan commercial director will be leaving the airline with effect from April 30, 2006.
John has been with GB Airways for 18 months overseeing the commercial activities of the airline and was instrumental in the impressive growth of the airline.
John Morgan said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at GB Airways. It’s been greatly rewarding and together with the commercial team we have conquered many challenges.”
John Patterson, managing director, GB Airways paid tribute to John’s contribution to the airline and added, “We have enjoyed working with John for his commitment, knowledge, experience and of course his sense of humour. We wish him the very best. “
