An hour later and the B1900 is powering through Germany. It originated in Greybull, Wyoming a couple of days ago. Something in the grey matter is stirring and I seem to recall the same (or different frame) doing the same type of long journey in the last 2-3 years. I flew on a few of them in the USA some years back on some feeder airline in the Western states. Seemed a bit susceptible to the lumpy air, although maybe just my luck!

Now a Voyager over the sea, plus 3/4 Eurofighters in the area. There are also 2 Dassault Falcons over East Anglia now. They came South from the Tees plus a Chinook also in the area. What are the Falcons used for, they have civilian registrations.

Also B200 G-RAFL orbiting with them at 1400' - curious! Are you able to eyeball them, wondering if the 737 is higher than it's reporting?

Hi Not eyeballing them, I am just behind the over cliff and it’s probably just over the horizon even from the cliff.

Re the low flying stuff to the west of the Isle of Wight, this part of a two day exercise so they will be at it again today. Just wish they would come over my place on the north coast of the 'island'!

I'm up in Northern Suffolk and have seen nada. Zilch. Not a thing... apart from an Islander. Where have all the Ospreys gone...? They are flying again. Still, I'm here till Tuesday.

Only saw one Osprey over East Anglia Thursday evening,no other USAF/RAF obvious activity.Coming ahead to Friday Morning and I've just had a look at Harbour Harbour webcams and we have dense fog which might restrict activity !!

Just SW of Diss and mist has cleared now. A Typhoon, presumably several, has just audibly gone over at 39000', heading towards Seaford, presumably off to the Med.

When I lived at Diss there was a low-level corridor that passed over the old airfield at Fersfield. Roughly north to south if I remember rightly. You might get lucky !
