Last KAL before this week's was October 2019.
Bearing in mind it was pre-covid, perhaps the load-factors/economics were already causing a change in aircraft type on the ICN-LHR route.

Now over North Sea at 10000ft following USAF KC135 which is at 12000ft. F16s originated Kleine Brogel Airfield. No longer showing at 0946hrs.

USAF C17 (RCH547) just departed BOH. Unusual visitor, don't know where it's going other than East.
For afficionados of vintage jetliners, there's a 727-100 VIP headed SE-NW towards Essex presently and descending, perhaps NWI?CAM?STN.

According to a twatter feed a C17 has been doing loops over Poole Harbour this evening!
I think it may have been doing some para dropping with the Royal Marines, and I suspect they mean orbits or holding patterns. It went past my house several times.
