DGCA CPL processing.

Guys, I submitted my papers for conversion on thr 18th of OCT. The online status last evening changed to "Issue is under process since Date 09/12/2011". What exactly does that mean? The papers have been verified and the license will be issued or does it mean they started the whole process on that date?

Guys its been 2 months and 11 days since i submitted my documents. The status has been the same as above for the last 20 days. I have not received and letter stating any shortfalls. Do I need to be worried?

Is the Indigo A320 Type rating qualification programme for cadet pilots with no experience at all only for Indian Nationals?

Over on the CAE Global Academy Pilot provision website, the requirements are as follow.

Indian Nationality Indian DGCA issued CPL or higher license with Multi Engine Instrument Rating Indian COP/RTR and FRTO Licenses must be valid at all times Valid Indian Class I medical certificate Fluency in English - both written and spoken

I believe the they are merely talking about the CPL, not the actual nationality of the applicant.

Yes it is only for Indian nationals, that isn't for cadet pilots btw.

Meaning of "shortfall in knowledge flag"

Hey guys..,

Today i checked my cpl licence status it says "under-process"
and there is short fall in knowledge flag.
and under FRTOL status there is 4 shortfalls.....

There is ShortFall in Knowledge Flag
- There is ShortFall in Exeperience Flag
- There is ShortFall in Skill Flag
- There is ShortFall in Flying Flag

How is this possible when I had an Indian RT License issue by the WPC!!

Please advise me if anyone have any information regarding this.

hi guys .. does anyone know if it shows the license details on the online status before you get your license in hands or does it update later.. just trying to figure out if the online status check is reliable or am i gonna get it in my hands before they update anything online .. any help is appreciated.
