Meaning of "shortfall in knowledge flag"
Hey guys..,
Today i checked my cpl licence status it says "under-process"
and there is short fall in knowledge flag.
and under FRTOL status there is 4 shortfalls.....
There is ShortFall in Knowledge Flag
- There is ShortFall in Exeperience Flag
- There is ShortFall in Skill Flag
- There is ShortFall in Flying Flag
How is this possible when I had an Indian RT License issue by the WPC!!
Please advise me if anyone have any information regarding this.
