To those who did not do well in school, how was your first interview with the HR? Did you manage to pass it? I understand that for these kind of applicants, they would bombard you with lots of questions regarding your academic performance, how did you guys handle it?

Those who passed their 1st interview

Hey any body else passed their 1st interview? I'm now gathering all those who pass and schedule meeting ups to share knowledge, study and build chemistry for group exercise. There are 3 of us already. It will be beneficial to all of us. Please PM me and get my contact. I'm assembling the group like in Avengers!

Flight Grading

Hey everyone, I read through a lot of the previous posts and googled keywords, but I got confused by perhaps outdated posts. Can anyone clarify if it is the case that:

CPL application involves has flight grading, while MPL program does not involve flight grading?

The dragonair cadet website does not even mention there will be any flight gradings along the application process.

Anyone could clarify that please? Thanks!

Flight grading: for cpl program, there should be flight grading while for mpl, there is not. I asked the HR and they said they have not yet decided the program at the moment. The course will start at the end of this moment.

I m going to have my icao eng test on 9 may. Feeling nervous

Hi all,

I had AT yesterday,

DI 8,9,9
Shape and colour 1miss in 2nd attempt
DI with number 0 miss
DI with shape 0 miss
3 in 1 9 hits 3 misses
Square 4,5,6

I am not confident about this score,
especially the square one.

CX163 - wow that was really a quick reply.

HCH - I think your scores were pretty good. I didn't do very well for "flying through the squares" too..

Hey guys, just registered, new to the forum. I am just wondering when do they usually call for the ICAO test after the Initial Interview? I just had mine Initial today and it was not that great, got grilled about the MPL. I guess for overseas applicants they are more worry about being able to live in HK without much support from them. I got pretty much half the interview regarding my background. Thanks for the help guys!

Does anyone know if I received this message from their website means I will never have chance to re-apply for their program? My last attempt was 5 years ago.

"We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your application further. This decision is final."

Is there any path to ask them to reopen my profile to get another chance?
