Dragonair (KA) recruitment?

Lol. I don't even know whatever I'm doing is right or wrong. But if I ever got selected, then I would know what it takes to pass the selection. And I'll be happy to pass down my info which helped me get through to the next batch of Intake. It's been a long battle for me too. Having learnt things from many other non aviation discipline, on top of the ground school material. I'll soon find out if these would help me or not.

This really means everything to me. If u feel the same way then make sure u don't give up

Just got an update with KA. At the moment they plan to have just 2 courses per year, and possibly a maximum of 10 people per course. That's likely to be 1 MPL course and 1 CPL course in ADL and NZ.
Good luck guys!

The previous MPL courses were held in HK (for theory) and MEL (for flying). I guess the takeover of that academy didn't improve it.

They already had a CPL course done in NZ recently.

Dragonair (KA) recruitment?

I'm afraid that all the qualified candidates after the FTA assessments have already been called up. We r now entering the final interview phase. This MPL program will be starting in November in FTA. And I think KA may resume their stage 1 assessment process in October again.

Good luck to all those entering the final interview. There are around 6 of you out there which the majority if us weren't able to reach. Please contact me if u see this msg

So you're saying that if all goes well you could be at fta in November as part of the MPL course?

Dragonair (KA) recruitment?

Well FTA assessment is very specific to the KA-MPL-FTA. So there won't have this phase if u do MPL with cae or ctc or FTA-CPL.

Well it is similar to the aptitude test done in KA. Except someone from FTA will watch u do that.

And also the reasoning test similar to the one done in CX.

1. Math and English
2. Aptitude test
3. HR interview
4. ICAO English
5. FTA assessment
6. Medical check up
7. Tech interview
8. Group exercise & social lunch

Thanks chris186!
But then does it mean that now it does not matter if you take interview before aptitude test or not to decide whether you are in MPL/CPL?
