No, Skills assessment is exclusive to MPL programme (MPL 2), hence this is conducted by OAA.
CPL programme (DA 16) will still have AT, which is conducted by KA themselves.
For those being interviewed now will be under the MPL path.
And the interview for the Skills assessment will be HR interview (by oaa's staff obviously)

just want to get some view on what people do who are on similar boats as me
steady job after graduate
what active steps can you take to fulfilling your dream of becoming a airline pilot? other than splash out 6 or 7k on a ppl

somehow I feel your posts are very repetitive...
other then that.... either become a cadet or splash out the cash.. not much other choice.

Your location may be UK but in this part of the forum, you are asking for information from people who would most likely be living in Hong Kong.
If you were to ask people for an idea of the salary for FO, im more then sure people would reply in HK$ rather then change it in pounds for your benefit..
Edit: and your welcome, it is very very expensive and you'll find that the 7-8k(pounds) would go very quickly!

Further contact after ICAO English test ?

Does any one receive the call for OAA skill test after ICAO English test ? I guess the skill test will happen in early May...
