Indigo

Don't get your hopes up about Indigo guys. The assessments are all fixed. Its a waste of 375USD and further spending to get your IR etc current.

It really makes me wonder now. Is there any future airline recruitment that has a remote possibility of being fair?

@flyjet787
bro do u have any kind of proof or experience which says that the indigo cae thing is fixed
well i can guarantee that the cae assessment is not fixed
bcoz i cleared all rounds of cae last time
however i was rejected by indigo officials in the last interview with them. apart from me was one more guy, we 2 were out of 10

so basically i can confirm that cae is clear and not fixed
cant say abt the rest.

so guys give ur best shot at the written
they are a lil bit confusing but try ur level best

and still the cass test taken by cae is really a good experience

So much exploitation
22.5 for A320 TR without any contract...
did they mention that for every a320 they buy they get
25 FREE TRs n next 25 in half price n Next in 3/4th

Cause of this downturn.. aviation industry sply these big shots are taking so
much advantage from pilots

Thats what i have heard... n that too from a pretty reliable source
they will not give it for free... they are charging 22.5 for each
plus i've heard after completion of this TR they pay you 18k per month until you are hired....
18k is nothing.... you can get that much interest on 22.5 if you keep it in bank

more over The cost for this selection process is USD 375 and is non refundable. Extra costs (travel, housing, etc.) will be payable by the trainee
wtf this is heights

this all is my personal opinion no hard feeling for those who are applying...

The only reason airlines will charge for type ratings and assessments is that people are willing to pay.
Where do you think all this ends up?
It wont be long before airlines start charging for line training and recurrent sims.

Unless people get together and decide not to partake in this pay for training, things will not change and it will only get worse for terms and conditions in said airline.

Having said all this, I have 3 type ratings and have not paid for a job or assessment yet ( 15 years in this business)

tmbpilot,

Please elaborate. Do you wish ill to Spicejet, it's cadets, HR etc. or are you just hoping they will reqruit from outside the previously chosen cadets. I am just trying to understand your post. Also, as many senior pilots lurk on these sites you might wish to clarify as they may someday be on an interview panel you could be facing. I suspect you mean no ill and just did not think this post through.
