Aviation Knowledge Test

English Language Skills Test

CASS – CAE Aircrew Selection System

Group Exercise

Personal Interview

This is what is given on the website. So you can start doing research on the topics. Being at CPL level, they would probably expect you to know your CPL stuff in and out. English test shouldn't be a problem if you've managed to pass 10+2 level English. CASS, I wouldn't know, but some research on google might help. Then there is the group exercise and personal interview.

@ airbus_capt

you do have a choice...to wait....
to wait till the storm has moved away....
how would you feel if a few years down the line you see your friends getting hired by an airline directly and getting trained at the airline's expense....for the same job for which you paid $$$ to an agent

and you're just 20 years old....you have 4 decades of aviation ahead of you....

did it ever cross your minds that rumors abt selection processes being unfair and also abt agents charging ppl to get in airlines is just being propagated by other candidates to discourage u thus eliminating competition as u would not put in 100% effort presuming u wont be selected. THINK ABOUT IT

Wake up and smell the coffee, agents and back door entry are a reality in the Indian aviation scene...

Eliminate competition? How? Thousands of cpl holders and those not yet qualified will apply for a job opening or a hint of a job opening anyway, nothing will stop that, I am sure most applicants will put in their cent percent as paying nearly 400 euros is quite a bit.

so if I understand this, you are paying a company to let them assess whether you are qualified to PAY THEM for a job?
