Working for an airline centres around punctuality and discipline, so yes they are strict on those...

a) dont refer to it as "working down the back"
and
b) as Redfred says dont give the "I want to be a pilot really" routine, it will not impress.

I got the same stuff last year when they offered me a job, I rejected it too.
