Does anyone work for GB Airways and what are they like?

do a search on GB, you will come up with loads on what they are like - Crap!

I've actually flown on them and they are far from crap, they are a million x better than BA! Why do you think they are crap?

What a company are like to fly with and fly for are sometimes very different things.

Exactly, that is so true. Just as an example I thought BA would be bloody brilliant because of the exeriences ive had as pax, but they were bloody awful to work for.

Airlines as a carrier and as an employer are worlds apart!

As you will find out Freddieb if you become cabin crew.
