Cover Letter
I do not have customer service experience at all, at least not face to face. The only customer experience I have is working in Kmart, KFC and a cakeshop during term breaks when I was 14-17.
Im 26 now and I do not know how to structure my cover letter to reflect these experiences. Do I state them down or leave it out? My current job as Finance Analyst dont deal directly with clients thou.. its just a lot of cold calling since Im in charge of receivables mgmt.
Can anyone help? What should I write? That I love working with diff ppl, have a cheerful disposition, helpful and considerate? I mean I dont have any examples to support except maybe the sound relationship I have with my colleagues and how we work and help each other as a team.

That is exactly what they want SHep.
They dont want someone who comes accross just as a leader, teamwork is what being crew is all about, so what you are saying is perfect for an application.
Try and include the assets you have that are valuable to the team work ethic, ie - listener, value other peoples opinions etc.
When I recruit I look for a real team player, and someone who is willing to muck in with everyone else.

sammyhostie03, right here on the Bash thread, you booked your place for the GatBash. As per the procedures he has clearly laid out in his first post on that thread, PPRuNe Pop then booked you a seat at dinner. You didn't bother to cancel your place with PPRuNe Pop, so he has had to pay the hotel £36 for your seat.
£36 which now has to come straight out of the PPRuNe fund. A fund which PPRuNe Pop and others work very hard for, and the proceeds of which go to help promising young people in aviation.
You apparently think it's fine to defraud the fund. We do not agree.
So please do the decent thing.
Pay what you owe the fund and do not post on PPRuNe until you have done so.
It's called baisc manners, sammiehostie3.
The same kind of thing you no doubt look for in the people you recruit.
