On my last count there were close on 20 operating...

On my last count there were close on 20 operating (privately) within Europe and Eastern Europe.

5 in the UK.
At least 3 in Spain.
2 in the Netherlands.
2 in Kiev.

The others are scattered...

Do aircraft with a MTOW of less than 12500lbs require TCAS/ACAS to be

Pretty sure Flicape won't buy one. They own and operate a Falcon 2000 for Shoprite..... last I heard they were thinking about adding a B200/PC12 to their fleet, but they won't replace...

True True... We've got the 1999kg weight kit on though... so at least we'll save a bit on the eurocontrol charges. Reduces payload a bit which is a disadvantage... but you can't have everthing can...
