Why don't you put some pressure on the Norwegian system by moving out of the country instead?

ACC ATCOs could apply for jobs at Bahrain ACC or Abu Dhabi ACC!!! There's a 99% guarantee for sunshine...

I THINK:

- ATCOs are generally satisfied with their salary in UAE (included AUH), also before the ATC Allowance came along! We know the exchange rates are poor, but if you spend your Dirhams inside UAE its ok...
