In the past TUI have only based an aircraft at Bournemouth for a few days before sending it back to one of the bigger hubs, presumably for maintenance. However G-FDZG has been based there for weeks...

I believe thats what its called. I was watching a cockpit film dvd recently, the Captain was pilot flying and obviously did the take off, but at top of descent the FO took over and flew the approach...
