I expect most private operators look for first class experience with an airline. Maybe worth trying Netjets Europe - see below:

NetJets requires three to five years' commercial flying experience....

It might be worth you posting in the Biz & GA forum where you should get responses from some Netjets staff. I'm not cabin crew, but I expect it would be very different from airline work.

Further to my JAR-Compliant PPL vs JAA PPL post, I think I could probably live with a FAA PPL - for now at least! ;)
