BA LHR-PRG
I'm planning to travel BA London/Heathrow to Prague in November. I'm slightly confused by several booking engines though. What a/c type normally operates this route?
The BA online booking says B757/767 on my flights but the BA timetable I have says A319/A320
Any help, much appreciated.

When I flew out from Heathrow to Prague in May 2005 on a Wednesday at 15:00, the aircraft type was a B767-300 - and it was (from what I could tell) almost full. I returned on a Saturday evening and flew on a B757-200. Hope this helps!

Having done the flights on Tuesday & yesterday I can confirm that the 15:00 flight LHR-PRG is a 767 (don't ask me the -number as I wasn't taking that much notice...) and this returns as the 18:55. After trekking around Europe in various A319s, it feels much more spacious onboard! You also get suspicious when given a J seat because that would normally put you somewhere out near the starboard engine
Since neither flight was particularly full, it did feel a touch wasteful though.
Enjoy Prague - it's a beautiful city.

As with other BA shorthaul routes there is some flexibility in types. The morning and evening outward flights are normally a 319 while the afternoon is a 767, but even on the advance timetable, let alone the game plan on the day, 320s and 757s sometimes appear as well. Crews go out and back on the same aircraft so there's scope for this sort of flexibility that you can't have on long haul.
