737James, I feel no difference in handling characteristics. There is however a reduction in the maximum cross wind landing component.

and using NPE's is hit and miss, only find out 48 hours beforehand if ya can go. Not great if you have a specific detination in mind. Much better to go standby, like me, in 3 hours to FAO
