Surface failures above V1

What would you do?

Lets say, your above V1 on the takeoff roll, reach VR go to pull back the stick and nothing happens! What would you do?

What do i do if ctc take me or not

I'm eligble for sponsorship and have applied to get into the ctc scheme. That is all well and good but assuming i get in,then i have to be 'top' to get a place in easyjet etc.
