I've tried to get an answer from the FAA but have had zero luck as of now. I cant find anything in the FAR's, and havn't found squat on the net. It's interesting to watch some of 350.net's cockpit...

With DC essential power switch moved to position 1,2 or 3, the #3 isolation relay opens automatically, (but the #3 switch does not move). Does this leave only DC #3 and essential to run the show...

China Airlines

Is it better to be hired direct through China Airlines, or go through a crew leasing company. A-PAL is offering $4250 per mo. w/a $750 mo. housing allowance. What is CAL offering?

Acording to a-pal, the crew lease people, its
$4250 for 70 hours then $50 per hour after that. Nothing on per diem or retirement, but you get $750 for housing.
