I spoke to Chivenor yesterday on my way past and although they will give you the latest weather they do not publish it on the met systerm. Shame.

Farm Strips

Try getting a glass jar that holds 100ml and put a mark on 10ml and 100ml. (I found a suitable one in my local supermarket ) Fill the jar up to 10ml with water and then top up to 100ml with Mogas....

Thumbs up Ear pain

Put a paper cup over each ear during the descent. They reduce the rate of pressure change. Used to use this method on small babies.
