These numbers are so wrong! Every channel has a different CPM and they are a lot higher than you may think, particularly in aviation related fields.

I'm not sure if they are quotas, but the cadetships definitely have recruitment goals in terms of gender and this in itself is discrimination as there shouldn't be any favouring due to ones gender.

IMO I would choose any cadetship over the qantas program because personally, guaranteed employment upon successful completion is pretty important.

In WA anyway, uni costs about 10 grand a year and when you have a degree you can gain employment in a multitude of roles. With a course like this, you pay 150k to be able to perform one role.
