Yes within the last year there has been a rise. Expect, with standard pension contribution of 6% a little over £3k after tax. I'm not in the busiest base and in Summer would get perhaps £5/600 on top...

Most crew have a very quiet roster at the minute. For what it's worth my guess is aircraft still being in maintenance.
