What aircraft on certain routes

Does anybody know what particular (reg) Boeing 744 is on the BA LHR-JFK BA0175 on 20th sept & JFK-LHR BA0112 23rd Sept?

Or is there an unlikely websource I can find this information?

Looked at selecting seats (One must have a window!), but at £28 x 3 outbound and return I don't think i'll bother!

That would mean you are paying for the (correct) pre flight by checking flaps, lights etc.

Which takes what, all of 60 seconds max to check those items? 5 lights, 1 pitot heater and a set of flaps.
