No, you will be doing it all again, a guy at mine was in the same boat as you. Reason is the recruitment process for AE has changed quite a lot now supposedly.
Only those that PASSED flight grading...

Most guys wont have their ATPLs unless from EU. I know I was the only one out of my group.

I trained at EFT and would highly recommend them. They offer very good courses and have enough instructors and aircraft available to get you done in a very efficient manner.
