Apart from NOW TV and HK Cable, what other means can i take up to watch foreign channels, such as CNN, BBC and Discovery?

Ps. Can't install satellite dish.

Google Expat.tv or Thaiexpat.tv , works anywhere in the world. All you'll ever need - haven't used satellite or cable tv in 5 years.

I've been using a box I bought in TST called 'UnblockTV'

Links up to the wifi and shows most major channels around the world. Great for sport, movies, news, docs ect.
