Sorry for the confusion but I was not referring to Emirates the Airline as an inverstor, rather an investment group out of the UAE. They are a corporate VIP operator.

Well if all the senior pilots want to continue flying to 65 and beyond for the 'love of flying' I say let them fly for the regionals! They could fill in for the upcoming pilot shortage from years...

I know most of the senior Captains would stay on till they croak and we all know the medicals are a complete joke so without a forced retirement age there will be a SERIOUS pilot...
