Who cares? Leave them to it. An eye for an eye and all that... savages all of them! Let them sort out their punishments the way they like to. Sounds like the offender deserves it. Beats our western minimal-jail-time-then-out-on-parole system.

Cave dwellers......It's correct, they are nothing more that that, they just happen to have oil, like the rest of the middle east.
Without the black gold they would still be living in not much more than tented villages.
Let them do what they like to each other, the gene pool is about the size of a pin head so things won't change!
