Know it well, I grew up there. Last had a pint in the beer garden last summer.
Sounds like these aircraft were on a standard BPK VOR departure and most probably at FL60. They usually fly runway...

Rudder deflection when aircraft on stand

Why do most of the aircraft I see at the gates have the rudder deflected what looks to be full left. Is it a required lock position when parked or something else ?
